TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to travel to fulfil your reservation, we will waive our cancellation fee of $100 and offer a credit (WITH NO EXPIRATION DATE) for all client reservations for a future booking. No payment refunds Will be given.

2. AIRPORTS
There are 2 airports on the island of Long Island. If you will be arriving through, Deadmanscay, there will be a ($59)charge for pickup and delivery of your rental vehicle. If you fly in to Stella Maris airport there will be a ($39)charge to deliver and pick-up the vehicle from the airport.
3. INSURANCE
All rental vehicles are covered with Third party insurance coverage. If you have a credit card that includes additional car rental insurance, it will be an additional benefit to use that credit card when paying for your rental. We provide the convenience of online payment via PayPal and SunCash which accepts all major credit and debit cards.
4. GAS PRICE
$6.56 (as of 9/27/23) per gallon Please be sure to leave the amount of gas in the vehicle as when it was delivered to you.
5. DRIVE ON THE LEFT
We drive on the LEFT side of the road in the Bahamas.
There is very little traffic on the road, but the roads are very curvy and hilly. Ensure that you are driving on the left side at all times and do not try to overtake a vehicle if you cannot see around a corner or over a hill.
6. PAYMENT
Our preferred method of payment is via credit card when making your online reservation. An additional benefit of using a credit card for payment is that several major credit cards offer rental car insurance coverage which is great to supplement with the Third Party coverage that we offer, which is included in your rental car cost. Our payments are handled easily and securely via our website. If you would like to use cash, you can make a 50% deposit online and make the balance of payment in cash when you arrive at the airport. CREDIT CARD PAYMENT CAN ALSO BE ACCEPTED ONCE YOU ARRIVE.
7. DRIVERS LICENSE
All drivers must have a valid drivers license. All drivers MUST be age 25 and older to be covered by insurance.
8. VEHICLE SUBSTITUTES
We reserve the right to substitute a comparable vehicle for the vehicle rented, if that vehicle is unavailable due to maintenance needs.
9. DAMAGES
The client will be charged if the vehicle is returned with any issues, as well as loss revenue for time of repairs.
The client will also be charged for TIRE REPAIR if tire was damaged while driving. There are several potholes on the roads on the island. If you were to fall into one driving at a high speed and bend the rim, this will result in a puncture to the tire which will become flat. The cost of tire repair can range from $25 for a plug to $75-100 for a new tire. Please drive carefully.
10.LUGGAGE CAR
If you are traveling as a large family we offer rental of an additional car to serve as a luggage vehicle on your day of arrival and departure. Roundtrip luggage car assistance will be $60.

A personalized welcome kit upon vehicle pickup, including local maps, brochures of nearby attractions, local language phrase book and hand sanitizers.
